When I received my generator the box it came in was in perfect condition. Good delivery company. Three things were wrong after I opened it. The frame had a dent on it and one of the wheels wouldn't go on because the frame was bent. I pounded out the wheel slot and was able to mount the wheel. I figured the dent was not going to affect the operation of the generator. Generator runs fine. I put two gallons of gas in the tank and the gauge does not register or move. Taped on it and still does not register a 1/3 tank but empty. Would like a new gauge if that would be possible. I would send a photo but don't know how on the com[uter but could text you one. I'm 74 and don't know much about computers.
I love my generator easy to start, runs my horse trailer perfect. So much easier than hauling around 2 small generators. Would definitely recommend this product.
Purchased for coming winter season. No use as of yet however a electrician put in an adjacent electrical box with 10 outlets and placed a box in the garage entrance. We did find the ease in which the setup went and test ran when the wiring was completed. Fun with remote after manual starting all these years and passed with flying colors.
Generator was delivered in perfect condition. Removed it from the shipping pallet and uncrated it. Followed instructions for setup. Added feet, wheels, oil and gas. Made battery connection and it started right up. Very simple.
Haven't had a need to use it for home power backup (thankfully), but I have tested. Everything appears to be in order.
Bought generator this week Found unit in great shape after unpacking. Once i put wheels on ,added oil ,plugged in battery I hit start button . Unit runs great.
