Awesome product

Delivery person was excellent through R&L carriers. The gentleman that took it off of the truck was very friendly. 😁😀😀😀Very good product. Not enough engine oil that came with the generator.

Gas leak at gas shut off valve right out of the bo

I bought the 9500 last year but didn't test run until April 2023 because their has been no power outage and immediately noticed a gas leak when attempting to start for the first time, WH service advised its probably leaving for fuel open/shut valve. The next issue was WH product service providers in my area (4) would not accept WH warranty repairs unless I payed for repairs and let WH reimburse me, I refuse and relayed this to WH who advised ship it back to us for a replacement, this was done 4-24-23, The replacement (open box gen with 5 hours time) will be shipped to me when they receive the faulty gen, What a hassle but over all I believe the 9500 is a good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice generator just needs to last

Great Value

Recently purchased the WGen9500c. This generator is feature rich and value packed. My wife especially appreciates the remote start feature. We live in a small two bedroom home on the coast. This should be able to power my entire home if heavy wattage users like a/c window units are managed properly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Damaged Container

As stated, delivery was good, but the container was heavenly damaged. I called the trucking company to report it before I opened the container. They instructed me to open and report any damage. It turned out there was no damage to report.

If only It would run

It Looks like a well built unit. Heavy, but easy to put together. If only the thing would start. Im an aircraft mechanic, so adding the oil, and connecting the battery are not beyond my skill level. It turns over, but wont hit a lick. doesn't even try to fire off. So much for a thousand dollar investment in home preparedness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect size and capability

This is perfect for managing our needs at the house in case of power outages. It will run our well and heat pump. Additionally, it fits into the storage space in our 5th wheel camper, giving us more options for where we can stay.

Gas gauge not covered

I bought this generator and put half a tank of gas. When we moved the generator the gas spills out of the gas gauge. I am told the generator has to be level when moved except there’s only 2 wheels so you have to pick up on one side so it won’t be level. Since there is no cover on the gas gauge and it is open to the tank we will also get dirt and dust in the gas tank.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
