Loved the ease of assembly, instruction were very good. Still haven’t found where to plug in the battery drip charger other than that it is nice

Easy to Assemble and Use

I bought this generator to replace an older pull start model. This generator was easy to assemble, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. The generator starts easily with the push start! It is quiet and the remote is a nice feature for turning off the generator when the power is restored. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this generator.

USER FRIENDLY!

I just powered up my new W Gen 9500 generator. This is my first generator, and I am a woman and a senior so I wanted something that I could operate without help. It is heavy but it has a great padded handle, and it does move quite easily. Two must have features which I may add were selling points for me are the push button start button and the remote key fab which will allow me to turn the generator on and off from inside of my home! Imagine how great that would be during inclimate weather! This generator runs with a little less noise too. I have some peace of mind knowing that I have a power back up when the next storm and power outage comes along!

Late delivery; hope it works

VERY slow delivery, with no communication until the day before AND with the straps cutting through the packaging. (It arrived >3 weeks after I had the transfer switch installed based on the anticipated delivery.) I'll also probably have to change the oil: it came with 10W30, but after filling per the start guide, I learned that for my current temperatures, I need to use 5W30. The temperature range should be on the start guide or (better) the recommended 5W30 Synthetic oil should be supplied instead of the 10W30.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
