Great Product

Provides a lot of power with a few little luxuries like remote start and multiple outlets. Yes, it is loud but not nearly as loud as other generators we have had. It is heavy but that is to be expected. The wheels and handle allow for it to be easily moved around.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WGen 9500 Dual Fuel Generator

We purchased this generator as we had some remodeling done in our home and opted to include the electric setup for a generator. After MUCH reading of reviews we decided on this generator. It actually came earlier than expected, delivery by truck and didn't take long for it to be unloaded. The setup, for someone who has never dealt with this type of product was very easy. To make sure we did it correctly we watched a few unboxing type reviews on Youtube. Set and ready to go in under an hour! We had our first chance to really try the generator out recently when our area lost power for about 4 hours. We gave it a trial run and it worked just as expected...perfectly! We are in the Buffalo NY area and winters usually bring power outages with the bad snowstorms. We now have our fridge and freezer protected against spoilage. We used our lights, power cords etc during this last outage and did not have one issue. We are also glad that we have a choice with the Dual Fuel option. Thank you for making such a high quality product.

Best bang for your buck

Just received my generator. Everything I want & need. Capable of running the whole house, has a remote start and while it runs it charges the battery. Couldn't be more satisfied. Quiet operation too. This purchase was absolutely worth it.

We bought this generator for the size capacity that it can have running off of it. We wanted something that was big enough to run most everything in house when/if we lose power. We have not officially needed to use as of yet however we do have it prepped and ready to go when the time comes.

Recently purchased and arrived in great condition. Assembly of the wheels and feet were easy. After reading the manual and filling it with oil and fuel, it fired right up. Will no longer be dreading the next time we get a power outage!
