Our generator arrived yesterday, I assembled it this morning, & added fluids. It functions perfectly just as advertised. I really hope we don't need it, but if we do I feel like we will be as comfortable as possible.

I ordered this generator before realizing that it was listed as one of the top generators of 2020. Bonus point to ordering! Initial setup including wheels and oil was a breeze. While not listed in the manual, I ran the generator for an hour and changed the oil, as a break-in procedure. I'm a little disappointed that there is no auto-idle. But to be honest, it's likely going to be running at full throttle anyway. While the box it came in was a little rough, there was enough packaging to protect the unit. With that said, there were several chips in the paint and other imperfections. Additionally the battery was connected from the factory and was leaking/corroded around the negative battery terminal. Nothing that is a deal breaker, just disappointing.
All-in-all I'm confident in my purchase and would recommend the generator to others that are looking for a backup generator for their house or RV.

Got this a few months ago and had a transfer switch installed 4 days before our power was shut off. Was able to run pretty much anything we wanted.

After doing a bunch of research and reading and watching reviews of other generators. I narrowed it down to the WGen9500. This generator has all the bells and whistles I was looking for. So far I'm happy with my purchase.
