great piece of kit

purchased this on a whim ended up having a storm roll through that took power out for three days in freezing temps. not only did this thing save my house from freezing it kept my family warm and safe

Well Built and Easy to Use

I read all the reviews and was very impressed. I purchased the WGen9500c and was a little nervous because my husband works a lot and I knew I would be the one starting it up. The electrician who installed our transfer switch, showed me once and everything is so easy and self explanatory. Very easy to put together as well. Great purchase!

Easy setup and start

Just received it today. The directions are clear and concise and it was easy to assemble the stand and wheels. After adding the supplied oil and some gas it started right up. I have run it 2.5 hours with a minimal load on both 120 and 240 volt circuits, stopping and starting it twice. The voltage appears to be very constant.
I will break it in for another 3 hours tomorrow. Thus far I am very pleased with the generator.
