Corrosion on battery and connector.

Quite a bit of corrosion already right out of the box “brand new”. We will see if they stand behind and send another battery and connector
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So many great features!

We bought this after being without power for 5 days after a recent storm. Read many reviews of other generators before selecting this one. Have to say we are not scared of losing power in the future and are very happy to feel self-sufficient in case of such an occurrence.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought over a month ago and set up was easy. The remote key comes in handy when my wife is home and I am not to get it going. Start up on first start.

Fantastic Whole-House Generator

I bought this generator to help power my entire home whenever we lose power. It has enough power to run the entire house (minus the heat pumps). This generator looks fantastic right out of the box and you can tell it was constructed with care and quality checked at multiple points. After following the instructions to get it oiled and fueled up, it remote started on the first try without issue. I have run it for a few hours powering different equipment without issue. It stops and starts effortlessly. I have extremely satisfied with my purchase and know that I will be ready for the next power outage!

Great Features-Remote start!

I bought this generator 3 months ago and have used it for backup power and also for running a welder and plasma cutter. No problems at all carrying any load that I applied. Great product!
