Great features!

After reviewing many portable generators in this size range for price, performance, features, warranty and reliability I chose the WGen9500 because it met or exceeded other generators in this range. It arrived exactly when scheduled and the delivery driver was fantastic. I was able to unbox it and install the feet and wheels in just a few minutes. Though the battery need to be charged, I was able to start it manually on the first pull.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ease of operation features

Bought it last fall 2019. Had to use it twice. Once for a snow storm where power was out for 5 hours and again the next summer in a tropical storm for 8 hours. Ran all 10 circuits on the transfer switch flawlessly. We had water fridge freezer and lights etc. Love it

Great Price, easy to use, first time purchasing

I bought this due to my area having a lot of outages and tired of throwing money away because of power not being restored right away (total of 8 days due to winter storm in 2018 and Just recently ISIASIA (hurricane on east coast) I bought in June and didn’t use until August. Easy to put together, super easy start up. Bring a first time user of a generator I’m really comfortable using and hooking up and shutting down. With the right gas cans easy to refuel also. Westing house did such a great job on this product and I recommend to anyone we didn’t need such a big unit now but we plan on hooking up to home in future

Great Generator.

I bought this generator to be ready for the hurricane season. I tested it and it runs very nice providing all the power I need. It is easy to handle and the instructions are clear to set it up.
It covered 100 percent my expectations. I recommend strong recommend this product.
