I have only owned this for 2 weeks. I was very amazed at the quality of this machine. Very easy to assemble and set up. Ready to go in 20 minutes. Started right up and ran smooth. Much quieter than expected. The remote start is very cool. It should power my whole house. Can't wait till the next storm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We ran this to test it out and it runs smoothly and a lot quieter than our previous generator. It handles a lot more than the previous generator we had

Great Running Machine!

I haven't had to use this generator yet for a power outage, but overall it looks great and runs great. I tested it out. Had a defect with my original machine, but thankfully it was covered by the three year warranty. I had to ship the defective generator back to them and then they shipped me out a new one. It took them over a month to do the whole process, which I think was way too long, but I sure am glad to have my generator back due to the crazy weather we have been having.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received the generator and opened the carton the same day. Did not have a issue with anything. Was very easy to assemble every thing you need is supplyed. Several days later I serviced the generator and have done the brakein peroid according to the manual. Just wating for a warmer day to do a full run on the generator. Very happy with the unit so far.
