So far we are very pleased with our purchase. The WGen9500c has the power we need to support our home. Setup was easy, the operating process is easy to follow, the price was great and the design looks great. We live in Florida and having a reliable generator during hurricane season is very much needed

I appreciate the variety of outlets offered to ensure powering everything within the house from appliances to electronics to keep my family happy. The remote and push button start features are great alternatives compared to the traditional pull cord. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a generator.

Worth the investment

I bought this to upgrade from my 3500. This one has been hard wired to the fuse panel and can run my whole house. The electric start is great option for my wife because I am away for work many nights each week.

Excellent security blanket to keep home essentials powered! Very pleased with variety of outlets offered to plug in all sorts of appliances or electronics. Enjoy the ease of remote and push button start features compared to traditional pull cord. Highly recommend this product to anyone shopping for a generator.
