Good features and good power, easy to assemble...know it's a Generator, but maybe can work reducing the sound output when it's running. Other than that, great product for the price.

NO PROBLEMS WILL NOT USE UNTIL WE GET A FL STORM BUT SET UP TRANFER SWITCH AND HOPE I WILL NOT NEED IT.

Unboxed, set up, and had running in no time!
This unit should be enough to take care of 90% of my homes requirement during the next power outage!

Great power, easy to start

While I haven't used the WGen9500 for very long, the times it has been used has been flawless. The generator starts easily using either the push start or the remote control. Time will tell if the fuel efficiency is as good as advertised, and this was one of the deciding factors in choosing this generator. We live in coastal North Carolina and made this purchase for backup power during hurricanes, so I'm sure it will be tested fully soon.
