Bought this generator a month ago, so far it runs good. I like that it has high running power and digital frequency window. I like to keep an eye on the amount of amps is being used while running. My favorite feature is the remote control.

Great Features; just what we were looking for.

We were looking for a generator that would be easy to operate. We live in an area which is prone to fires which causes our power company to do power shut offs which last for days. Our current generator is only a 3000 watt; so consequently we are very limited to what we can plug in and also have to run extensions cords into the house. We now have this generator wired into the house, so no more extension cords and now we can run whatever we choose to run due to the higher watts. Being senior citizens, this generator will be a big help to us, as it is easy to operate. Westinghouse customer service is wonderful.

Perfect for power outages in Fl.

We purchased this after riding out a few Hurricanes/tropical storms in the dark after the power was cutoff to the neighborhood. Luckily we haven't had to use it in an emergency but have thoroughly tested it fore performance (under load), and we're liking the response from this unit! Also the remote start is a great feature as going out in the dark to pull start a machine is a real pain in the backside.

I just received the 9500 generator today 07/06/2020 very easy set up took about 40 mins and I was up and running. haven't put any load on it yet. but it will run almost my whole house.

I live in Florida,and have many power outages. Sometimes for 10 days at a time due to weather. So I purchased two wgen9500's. My AC guy and my electrition said it would not power my 4ton AC. I had the electrition hook it up and we ran my AC,2 refrigerators, lights, well pump,TV's, also turned hot water heater on ,but not sure if it needed to run at the time. I am very happy with my purchases. thanks for a great product..
