Ordered my WGen9500 a week ago and got it delivered today. First impression is excellent: solid product, great documentation, very easy to assemble and set up. Had it put together and ready to be fired up in a few minutes.

We recently bought this, and had a run through with the electrician to operate. It was easy to start, and operated the main items we needed.

Start up problems

Followed assembly instructions. Unit would only start manually Page 11 of manual showed how to connect battery. But battery was already connected. Could this be the problem?
