This generator has been an excellent purchase. With as often as the power goes out it has been very useful. Easy to start, great in gas, and powerful.

Great Generator

We love this generator, although what we intended for it we actually need more power. This unit is great. Only downfall I wish it was a little quieter. We used it for a concession trailer. When first calculating watts we needed 7800, when we are pulling more like 11-12000.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Starting the engine is challenging. Instructions followed exactly. Began with a full 12 Volt charged battery, yet start process was erratic. After pressing and holding start button for 1 sec, starter engaged just for a second and then "click-click" and repeated this over and over. Did not start with this procedure. Next, sprayed ether starting fluid spray into induction port and it finally started after same "click-click" process. Battery behaved like its charge was low but meter says fully charged. Once running everything is fine. One design complaint is a wheel must be removed before battery can be removed (awkward). Oh- and it's heavy to maneuver.
