Surprisingly well made piece of equipment. Fired right up and power much more than I needed to. Also the oil change is easy and not messy at all like most others. Very happy

Arrived sooner than expected. Easy assembly of wheels and front stands. Cranks right up using the fob. I like the ability to easily disconnect the battery.

Powerful and easy to use

I purchased this unit recently after researching generators for several weeks and chose the 9500 as it best fits my needs. Easy to assemble, ran perfectly on first try and was quite easy for my electrician to hook up to the house electric panel. Have run the unit several times on trial basis and no issues. Purchased as a house backup and hope I don't have to use it often but am very confident it will run well in an emergency.
