Very well built generator

I purchased this generator to power my house in case of a power outage so far I have not had to use but I am confident it will do the job. I have started and run it for a while started very easy with electric and pull start. Larry

This generator has saved my life plenty of times. If you are searching around for a dependable generator that is strong. I highly recommend this brand. One of my Electrician friends recommended it. It runs my whole house five stars. I have used it for two years now I am super happy.
Most recently this Guy ran for five days straight

Product frame slightly damaged during delivery

Just now unpacking generator purchased in Sept 2023, the frame was bent on the front and back. I don't believe it will impact performance but annoying and wish it was easy to exchange but it's so heavy it's not worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Generator performed as expected. Easy to hook up to the transfer switch and plenty of power to run the entire house.

Bought our generator in January of this year. Works excellent didn’t let us down after the hurricane that made us lose power for couple of days. Had a a/c, big fridge connected and other things connected.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to assemble and moves smoothly with wheel kit

Living in Texas we know the value of being well prepared for hurricane season. In fact I am writing this review less than a week after Hurricane Beryl devastated the greater Houston region. Having a powerful home outdoor generator brings invaluable peace during an otherwise chaotic event. We purchased this 9500c to increase our power to 50 amps for our newly installed plug-in breaker box. This generator was easy to assemble and moves smoothly with wheel kit that is included. Beryl may be gone, but we're on the front end of what may be a very active hurricane season.
I highly recommend this generator.
