Purchased in June ahead of Hurricane Beryl instructions to use were simply, using was easy with simple instructions, it's a attractive piece of equipment my husband was able to get 8 hrs of sleep without concern about refill.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I recently bought my generator and have been completely happy with the purchase. Starts and runs much easier than my Generac generator I had up until recently. I really like the remote start feature.

After reviewing the power requirements for our home, I purchased the Westinghouse WGen 9500c. Since my purchase the generator has operated perfectly. The setup and operating instructions are easy to follow. The original plan was to use extension cords to power key items in our home. After a review of having of an inlet box installed hook up to the generator is much easier and convenient for us when power is out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Removed from box, serviced with oil and gas. Started right up. Ran for about an hour with a load. Works perfect! Very Happy Camper

Removed from box. Serviced with oil and gas. Checked all parts. Battery was fully charged. Started first try. Ran it for about an hour with a load. Preformed great! Very Happy Camper.

This is the best generator I have purchased. It is not too heavy to move. My power was out for a week and I had no issues with the product. I would definitely recommend!
