I recently bought the Westinghouse Portable Generator, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this was a well-built machine.
Ease of Use: Starting the generator is a breeze, thanks to the user-friendly design. The controls are straightforward, and the digital display is easy to read, showing all the necessary information like fuel level and power output. This makes it simple to monitor and operate, even for someone who isn’t particularly tech-savvy.
Portability: Despite its power, the generator is surprisingly portable. It’s equipped with sturdy wheels and a comfortable handle, making it easy to move around when needed.
Performance: This generator delivers ample power for my needs, powering the entire house during an outage. It runs smoothly without any noticeable fluctuations, which gives me confidence in its ability to handle a variety of tasks.
It would have been nice if a cover is bundled with the product.
I bought the Unit a few months ago for upcoming Hurricane season down South. I am happy to have 3 options to operate the Generator, which I have access to use all 3 methods. I am able to start the Generator with a remote device. The generator is easy to roll to my outside location near my gas hookup. It is easy to hookup to my propane bottles also.
I purchased this generator because of the many stock standard features, multiple starting options and most importantly the overall power availability that this generator possesses.
This unit has enough power to run our entire home and is efficient in doing so. Pull start, remote start, push button start, Fuel Gage, Long run time on a tank of gas, plenty of plug in options including 30 amp transfer switch hook up, main and individual circuit breakers, Data Center, USB Ports an CO Sensor are just some of the many reasons why I purchased this generator.
Set up is easy. Attach wheels, Rubber feet, add oil and add gas. Highly recommend to read through start up instructions before your first run to familiarize yourself thoroughly.
I owned a Generac for 20 years in Florida. This generator has many features better than my old one. Handle is excellent idea and packaging and instructions we very well put together. Also Generac does not have a model close in size with a 50 amp plug. Unit started as said after holding start button for 2 seconds.
