This generator was a great purchase. It is very user friendly, the controls and buttons are simple and easy to use. It provides two fuel options and plenty of power for my needs.

I purchased the generator in case of emergency and to my surprise, a high winds storm nocked out the power in my area. The house was getting colder and I was afraid the water pipes will freeze. I took the generator out of the box and followed the super easy instructions to assemble the wheels and rubber feet. I was getting ready to fill with oil and start using it when the power was restored and no longer need the generator. I'm glad because I read in the instructions about the break in period for the first hour.

seems to work, but it's extremely hard to start

I just bought this generator brand new. followed all of the instructions, filled with the supplied oil and attached my propane tank. I could not get it to start after over 50 hard pulls of the cord and changing the choke settings and verifying the switches, re-reading the manual a dozen times. then I filled it with brand new gasoline, switched the settings to gas and still had a lot of difficulties to start it, but luckily it started after about 30 hard pulls and changing the choke settings. the next day, I tried again and once again, it took about 20 hard pulls and it only starts with the choke on, which is different than what the manual says. I am praying that this generator will start when I actually need it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Greatest feature is the dual fuel source

Solid Generator

I bought this same model a year ago and decided to get another one because I liked it so much. Very easy to use and great features. I used the first one at my remote, off-grid cabin and it is great. I had to change the LP nozzle for the high altitude but the support team was very helpful. This one is staying at my home for emergency backup purposes.

Easy to understand

Haven't actually used the generator yet but so far so good. I like the features, ease of understanding, ease of assembly and dual fuel feature. I've tested it out for an upcoming freeze we're due to have in a couple of days and it seems like it's going to work just fine and as expected. I feel like it was reasonably priced for the quality of the machine.
