I have not used it yet because it is too hot outside. Maybe you should request a review a few weeks after purchase.

Bent Frame

I recieved the generator and the shipping box appeared intact. However when I removed the generator from the box I noticed the frame had been damaged. It appears at some point prior to packaging the generator it was dropped and the frame was bent and damaged.
I ran the generator via propane and appears to function normally. Will run it via gas in the very near future. I would have returned it if it wasn't hard to manage. Hopefully nothing was damaged from the fall...

Great product

Bought this generator expecting a power outage from an incoming storm. As we have freezers full of food and did not want to lose. Choose this unit for its price and features, such as power output and dual fuel option. I could have returned it since We never lost power and I never opened the box. I decided to keep this generator since I believe it was a smart decision to buy and should give us many years of service. Unit required minimal assembly and everything needed including oil and tools was included.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Used it durring hurricane Idalia, worked great. Powered 3 window units, full sized refrigerator, lamps, and tv no issues. Ran for about 10 hours on full tank

Almost perfect

I bought this generator a month ago. It has to be outside for obvious reasons, but also has to be covered from the elements. I have a well ventilated generator house that I’ve been using for years, but this generator won’t work in it. Very disappointing. If only there were the availability of a kit to add on exhaust, I’d give it five stars. As it is, I have to go out and turn it off and cover it up every time it rains. Makes no sense to have a piece of equipment that must be covered, and it not be able to be covered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Soon as I bought the generator we had a power outage. Gassed up the unit and added oil that was provided to the crankcase and it started right up with 3 pulls.
I would recommend this to a friend!
