I had purchased 2 Westinghouse generators right before hurricane IDA hit Norco. I gave one to my daughter and kept one in case of grid down. When IDA hit us we were out of power for 19 days. My generator kept us in GOOD shape that is why I bought a backup. This country is falling apart-FAST. Keep well prepared. Peter

Nice Generator, Problem with High Altitude kit

I purchased this generator to power an RV ,the manual says it needs a high altitude kit but I don't know how to install it and can't find anyone to do it. They should sell them with the kit installed already. It's been very frustrating!
