Excellent customer service

Arrived with a cracked air housing box. Customer service sent a replacement the next day. Generator runs great. Starts every time. Handles a load well with propane and gasoline.

I love this generator! It starts up easy, it’s not too loud, and I love that it has the two different 30amp plugs. The fact that it can run on propane also, is an added bonus!

I bought this, but haven’t had a power outage yet. I really like the option to use gasoline or propane. It is very easy to use!

Great Dual Fuel Generator

Liked the power and that it had propane fuel capability. Noisier than I'd like or would give it a 5. Gen will serve its purpose during fire season and power outages.

The only reason I am giving it 4 stars at this point is that we haven't actually had to use it yet. While we hope weather conditions never require that we use it we are so thankful to have found a generator built by a company with a wonderful reputation for quality. The Westinghouse brand came highly recommended and we can rest assured that should we have a power outage, we will have adequate backup power to maintain our water and other necessities. Thank you!
