Won’t start brand new

Bought 6 months ago. Unit has been sitting in garage in box (no gas no oil in it yet) opened box to use unit added oil. Unit won’t start. Per customer service I need a need regulator for propane.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has pictorial information on board for multiple users. Starts GREAT. It's not real heavy one person can lift it in a pickup. has good run time and restarts great after refulling.

Good generator covered in oil

Good generators, good features, decent price. Mine was shipped direct to me. It was covered in oil inside the packaging. Let it drip all over driveway for 5 hours. Air filter is soaked and ruined. Owners manual says they drain it before shipping. Obviously they did not. It did start and blew lots of oily smoke. Think they owe me a new air filter.

Great Options

Love all the options with this Generator. Multiple plug types and optional fuel is great for our camper. We don't dry camp often but power was an issue one time when we almost ran out of gas. We left a day early to prevent this and having this unit could have got us enough time. One feature I wish these or any other generator had is a tube that routes draining the oil as it is always a mess. No matter how you try to prevent it, oil just seems to get on something and makes a mess but placement of the drain or a tube that routes to an open space would definitely help and be a big feature for someone to make the purchase.
