I haven't used the generator yet, but I am very pleased with the way it was shipped to me in a closed container with all necessary tools and oil to make it ready for use. I like the features and all the safety instructions that came with it. Thanks

Lost our power 2 days ago (so far) to a strong wind storm accompanied by a couple of tornadoes & this is perfect for keeping some necessities running. Bonus - it will also power our RV.
