Well Built Unit

We received this well built unit very quickly. It looks great. The packaging could have been a little better. We received our first unit, but unfortunately, it was damaged during shipping. SamsClub did an exceptional job taking care of the issue, and a second one was sent. We still had a little damage on the 2nd unit, but we're keeping it. This unit looks great and well built. We haven't run it, yet, but we're eager.

I've never owned a generator before but this one was very easy to start and get going. I wish the instructions would have mentioned how to put on the wheels but I figured it out after looking.
