It's difficult to ding a product 1 star when it could easily be a 5. But too many reviews and including my own experience, resulted in a slightly damaged frame upon delivery. A little sand paper and black Rust-Oleum will fix but should even have to do that. Everything else is great about this generator, from build to options, and cost. Overall, still happy I went with Westinghouse.

Just received the second one in a week, first one damaged by shipping company. I am able to run furnace and refrigerator now when power goes out very happy with this generator and the dual fuel is a nice feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Small defect as delivered

One of two air cleaner cover clamp brackets was not formed with the proper dimensions and simply vibrates during operation and provide no retention force. I was able to correct the dimension sufficiently with two vice grip pliers.
Otherwise, set up was uneventful and the unit functioned properly for the outlets I tested.
