I bought this last month and I am very happy with the features. I tested the generator with propane gas and it worked nicely.

EASY SET UP RUNS GOOD

I am just setting this up today. The set up was easy..very easy. This is a "emergency" generator for me and it will sit for a while. This is why I wanted propane option, and manual start. No battery to go dead, and with propane I do not have to worry about gas going bad. I set it up, and in two pulls it started up. Do not forget to use the choke every time, even when it is hot. It will start right up. Even my daughter was able to start it. Quality looks great, it is a bit noisy, but any open generator is going to be noisy. I have seen allot of this type of generator and it is no noisier than any other generator in its class. I am very happy. It is what I was looking for, it is well built, and looks like it will work for years to come.

Recoil starter assembly

While trying to start my new generator I noticed the Recoil starter assy came defective.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
