Blew an old loud generator lock this up
Much quieter easy to start for the wife when I’m working during a storm. Powered everything we needed.

Nice Unit, easy set up

I like the size/weight combination easy to move around. I've only used it with propane and I like that it wasn't really loud. I wanted to be ready for our next storm

Damaged in shipping, customer service hangs up!

I bought this four days ago online through Sam's club. It gets to my house today I open it up and find the recoil starter was damaged in shipping. I call the support number and after a long phone tree, I'm put on hold. After a minute on hold, they hang up on me! Isn't that some bravo sierra!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
