Excellent generator for inconvenient outages

I bought this a couple years ago right after we had monthly (or more) power outages through a hot summer. Well, Murphy’s Law, once we bought it we never had a long outage that required a generator since. Today, we got to try out the generator because we lost power for hours! Lifesaver!! We kept our food cold so it didn’t spoil with the 90° heat in Michigan and were able to run fans to keep the already AC cooled house from getting too hot. Easy to set up and use!

Can’t give an honest review because it has not started up yet. I am working with the support team for a resolution.
