I bought this to help build a deer stand.in the woods. Easy assembly. Hooked up propane and machine started on second pull of the rope. Works fine.

Easy to assemble & use

I bought this because i wanted a dual fuel generator. I have a generator of similar wattage that is much larger & heavier (think cumbersome). This westinghouse is small, light & manuverable. Starts easily. I am pleased with this purchase.

Easy to put together and get running.

Out of the box and assembled easily. Started right up and had no issues so far.
The oil funnel that was supplied is awesome since it threads in and has a rubber gasket to stop spillage and made oil filling painless. I live above 5000 feet and would have liked the high altitude kits to be supplied but over all I am happy I bought this unit. It seems to run fine at this altitude but after reading instructions I think I will get more performance with the kit installed.

Game Changer

I bought this gas generator several months ago and use it in the bed of my pickup truck for my trucking gig. I started a hot shot business a few years ago, and previously used (3) marine deep cycle batteries with an inverter inside the truck to power a fan and/or a space heater. I sleep in the back of the cab when I'm on the road and found the batteries when fully charged will power a thermostat controlled space heater inside the cab ALMOST the entire night. If you're in Montana in the dead of Winter, it's not good to run out of power in the night and not get a full nights rest. This was the answer I was looking for! I bolted it to the bed of my truck to prevent movement during transport and to prevent theft. It's a duel fuel, but I've only used gasoline to date. It's nice to know if I need a portable power source to power anything else while I'm on the road it sure gives me a lot of peace of mind! I also purchased a Gen Tent to run it if there's precip. Love the product!

Nice generator

Bought in January in case of power outage from winter storm. Unpacked, assembled and added supplied oil. Hooked up to propane fuel and The unit started right up. Runs good and has good features.
The only reason I gave the review 4 stars is one wheel was cracked during shipping.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just bought, fired up nicely. Unit did come with a dented frame tube, box was in great shape. No paint was missing or scratched, just dented.
