Getting upset

During initial break-in, unit would surge constantly and only run smooth with the chock being adjusted to about half open. after about two the hours of operation with no change i thought i better establish a service account and took the generator to an authorized service provider. Well, it is now 3 May (six weeks from dropping it off ) and the service provider continues to work with Westinghouse to fix the problem.

Just bought the wgen 5300dfv easy enough to install wheel kit and prep to start. Was easy to start . Seems like will be what I need it for (RV) and if we have another power outage like this last winter

Just got it for hurricane season . Runs great and so easy to start and move around eases my mind knowing I have it just in chase we need it .

We didn't have power when we were camping for 3 days and we bought this generator and quickly assembled it and it ran great with no problem! Highly Recommend!

Love the Dual Fuel and how simple the operation is. Out of the box started up in 2 pulls. There were plenty of great reviews out there that steered me to this unit and I'm happy with the purchase.
