Received over a week ago and using both gas and propane starts up easy. Havent been able to test it out fully yet beyond that.

Great Buy!

After the TX power grid failed us last year, we decided to get better prepared this year. We just purchased the generator last week and have only tested it with propane. It started right away on the first pull. I really like the dual fuel option! It was a bit loud and I can only imagine how much louder it will sound when the whole neighborhood is without power, but oh well, at least we’re prepared! It’s also pretty heavy so I definitely recommend getting the model with the wheels. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

Easy Start UP

I just set this generator up and it started after 3 cranks on gasoline! Easy to follow instructions and all you need to do is put wheels and feet on and it is ready to go! Less than half an hour and I am not mechanically inclined. Highly Recommend.

Problems with starting

Just opened up the other day. Did trial start and ran until out of gas. Tried again next day. Ran for 20 minutes and died. Would not restart and had plenty of gas. Retried again today and would not start. Right now investigating problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this product once and it didn't work. I called customer service and spoke to Bob which he instructed me to return the product for a new one. Once I got the new one it work great .Process was easy.
