Very easy to set up. Started right away. Now the be big test will be how it operates during a power outage. But so far so good.

Heavy duty and reliable!

Power outages are very common in my area. The wGEN5300dfv is reliable and most important, POWERFUL! We not only use it for home power outages but for tail gating and camping. It’s heavy duty and the price is amazing for what you get out of it. The competitors offer way less for way more. Definitely investing in my second Westinghouse!

I am a 30 year old woman and decided I wanted to be more prepared in case of an emergency. My dad helped me unbox and start this for the first time. I was nervous, but after doing it all once I feel comfortable enough with it now. I feel like I could get it started on my own when the time comes. It started up easily and quickly as expected. Instructions were clear and it came with the oil it requires. It also provided a maintenance schedule which I though was helpful. It's heavy, but the wheels help with that. No complaints so far.
