Excited to have and keep my family safe during blackouts. I believe this is a good product. I did receive the products with some damage from shipping I believe. I will be reaching out to the tech support to see what’s going on. I wasn’t able to get the generator started.

I bought this generator as a back up for the motor home and as emergency power in case of home power outages during storms . Haven’t had to use it but I have used it to power up outdoor tools just to check it out .

Easy to assemble, and to use as well

Pretty satisfied with the purchase only adjustment needed was on the throttle cable one of the lock nuts was loose. Used the 10mm wrench that came with the generator, and it’s good to go. Started right up and was providing power within the hour.

I just bought this unit and it works amazingly well. Haven't had any issues and I will get one for my Mom as soon as they are in stock at the store.
