We purchased this generator to use for winter in case of a power outage but we are using it for so much more. It has come in so handy. Don’t know what took us so long to buy it.

This is probably the most well-thought-out generator I've bought. The packaging is great and lets you unwrap it without killing yourself or damaging the product. The unit itself is very well made and sturdy. The little assembly required is quick and easy. They provide an oil fill funnel that screws onto the filler port, it keeps you from making a mess. The oil they provide with the generator is just enough, you pour all of it in.
Instructions for starting it in LP or Gas mode are right on top of the frame, they are easy to follow and it started right up. It runs well, and my load tests proved it has the capacity I need in a very compact size.
I needed a generator that furnished 240v for my transfer switch. This generator has a twist lock plug for the 240v hook up to my house, plus plugs to run a camper and 20 amp 120-volt receptacles. The size, wheels, and handle for moving it are great, it fits in the shop under the workbench easily. There are a lot of little things that show attention to detail in the design and use of this generator at a great price.

Nice power to cost ratio

I bought this generator as a back up for my home. I has all of the features I need, including the option to use propane instead of gas. It may not be the biggest generator but it will serve my needs in an emergency. An added bonus is it is from a well regarded brand, Westinghouse.
