Yet to try, damaged when received

Was delivered with damage to the Generator End Cover. I think there is bad design in packing as I’ve seen others with same damage. We have yet to set up and try.

Love dual fuel

Purchased a couple days ago and it works flawlessly.. first time start up with propane .. started up quickly.. it is quite heavy.. the wheels make it pretty easy to move around

Gas + Propano, Amazing

It is amazing to hace both gas and propano, you'll never run out of power during long time. I have an issue with L14 outlet but I expect to solve it soon with technical support.

Will Keep my Home Running on Whole House Propane

The Dual Fuel option for this unit was just what I wanted. I was able to connect to my Whole house (1000 gallon) propane tank and it runs great. The 220V was able to run my well pump, keep my fidges going, and run a few other things. I should never run out of propane and won't have to worry about keeping gasoline on hand which gets old and can be a pain.

Great Features

We bought this in case of emergency as we recently experienced an earthquake and a severe wind storm that left us powerless for days. We were unprepared and had to leave our home as we couldn't survive w/o power. We now have peace of mind to know that when this happens again, we are ready and will be able to survive for a few days w/o power. After much research and comparison, we purchased this generator because of the dual fuel function, it's capacity to meet our voltage needs, other great features and the price was right. We have yet to use it, but are happy with it thus far as the set up was easy and we are now prepared - come what may!

Best value, easy to use, comes with everything

I am looking for a portable to power just a few essential items in case there is a power outage so a 4K-5K wattage portable generator works for that purpose. I did my research, and this make and model offers the best value. I like it that it comes complete with wheel kit and propane regulator and tubing/connector. Well packaged. Took it out of box, installed legs and wheels, connected propane tank, and fired it right up. 3 year warranty. Offers L14-30R 120/240V. The oil funnel is a little messy and can use improved design but that's just a small nuisance. Would be nice to include the noise db level, engine oil capacity, etc in the specs. Very happy with my purchase.
