I bought this unit this morning , it started on the first pull I am amazed how quiet this Generator runs, as a woman i love your product

Gas & Propane

Got it a day ago all items where there! Serviced Oil and gas it was shipped without any as stated. Started second pull ran great on gas or propane. Quieter than I excepted alot to do with muffler, no vibration noticed mostly because of rubber mounted engine. Great Warrenty 3 yrs. unlimited customer service advice. What else.can I say any better buy one!!!

I bought this to replace an old B&S powered 5000 watt generator that I was constantly having to repair. This one started first pull out of the box and is much quieter than my previous dinosaur. I honestly don’t see how you can build a complex machine like this and have it delivered to my home at this price point….very happy with my purchase.
