I bought this for portable power for our camper. It has all the power and outlets I need. Also, it will be handy for the occasional power outages we get here in Central Tennessee.

I have just purchased the generator and used it let. Hope it exceeds my expectations for electrical power outages. Can this generator use gas on one use, then the next use be on propane? During the same outage of electrical power? Thank you

I bought this a year ago because of frequent power outages. Have not had to use it yet, but I have peace of mind knowing that I have a quality product should I need it in an emergency.

Some initial startup problems but a good machine

To be honest, some first time startup problems. First pull on the starter cord and it jammed when retracting. Wasn't a terribly hard fix but had to remove the recoil assembly and shorten the cord by tying an extra knot in the end. Had to look at a YouTube video first. However, someone with no tools or experience might not have been able to do the fix.
I bought it because it runs off of propane and I had hoped to not put gas in it at all and thus not worry about gas stabilizer or draining. However, I could not get it to start the first time out of the box on propane. I put some gas in it and when I switched to gasoline it started fine. I was able to switch while running to propane without a hitch. Haven't as yet tried a cold start with propane now that it's run a few minutes.
Otherwise looks well built. In addition to the dual fuel I like that it has a CO2 sensor that will shutoff it off if needed. Could truly be a lifesaver.
