We just bought this for our life storm coming up (about to use it). Love everything so far except the location of where you put in the oil. It’s difficult to get to even with the funnel provided.

No visible damage but will not start

I purchased this generator to prepare for an ice storm but it will not start. The recoil rope start will not retract but is stuck halfway out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
