Works well right out of the box

I received it today, set it up, and ran a load test. I use it as a backup power supply at my home. I hooked it to my home electrical panel and it powered 3 freezers, 2 refrigerators, home lighting, and 2 window a/c units. Worked as described. Now I’m ready for hurricane season.

Excellent generator

I bought this due to all the horrible weather here in Texas and thankfully I did. With thunderstorm and tornado warnings and my power going out, this was very useful. I used propane not the gas function. Power was only out for about an hour but that hour wasn't bad with this generator I hooked what I needed to for power (fridge, lamps, phones). Need phones to call out so it was plenty of power. Highly recommend.

Very Easy to setup and get going.

I bought item in anticipation of a storm but have to use so it sat for few months still in box. I'm going camping soon and finally setup very happy with it.

I bought this generator in April and had a licensed electrician install it. We tried to turn on and there was nothing. We have used liquid propane. Have not tried gas. Called you and we’re told it will take days before you would get back to us.
