Duel fuel generator

Got this generator because it was on sale and on tax free weekend in Texas with hurricane season approaching. Great price and the fact I can run it on gas or propane was the clincher. Plus it will hook into my whole house system if power fails in a storm

I purchased this generator to supply power while replacing the service panel on my house. This required the electric company to disconnect power for this job as the house was built in the 70's and was not up to 2020 code (eg. No external cut-off to the main service panel). Of course we still needed electricity to perform work. It started up right away after addig the oil and gas. This generator performed wonderfully providing hours of power. Since we were only running a few things, fuel consumption was not high and we still had half a tank or more of fuel after probably 6 hours of service. The wheels are nice for moving it around. The only drawback is that the could be made longer so that your ankles don't continually hit the unit while pulling it. Otherwise, it is a great generator!!!

generator suits storm needs very well. the duel fuel feature is a great asset and easy to use. the co shut off is a great peace of mind. the running wattage is perfect for a temporary power station in the case of a storm outage and the wheels work great for portability.
