Difficult to start

Was extremely difficult to get started first time. Purchased brand new. Yes gas valve was open yes it was switched to correct fuel yes the kill switch was on. After initial start had been good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect size

I bought this as a simple backup in case of emergencies. It's a great size, not too heavy for even a young teenager to roll around using the provided handle and wheels. Absolutely fantastic that it comes with the wheel kit! Love the fact that it will run off of both propane or gasoline. Lots of built-in options for this item with the plugs that it has built in. Really fantastic. Also, there's an excellent price with a good long warranty. I'm very happy.

This is exactly what I was needing. This is enough to run 75% of my 2700 SQ FT home during a power outage, run my Camper (Entire Camper) or provide power when I am using one of my secondary garages on my property. My friends and family have already asked how well it runs. It's great. Easy to set up. Takes a bit of time to get it started the first time, but that is to be expected. I hooked up a few items to break it in and let it run for a full 5 hours and changed the oil. This is a gem. Trust me, buy this if you are considering a generator. I will be hooking my camper up to it next (24 Ft camper, with stove, fridge, and lights) and I am sure it will run perfectly.

Great features

I bought this as a back up for our home refrigerators and freezers in case the power goes out. Fortunately, we have not had to use it yet, but I like the feature that it is dual fuel operated.
