happy with product thus far

we have had this for about ten days and so far, it’s been really good. any issues that we’ve had we’ve been able trouble shoot with ease. the quick start guide they provided helped us set it up quickly in the semi emergent situation we were in and that was great. the battery has died a couple of times but I’m extremely mechanically unsavvy so I’m sure this was user error, I’m learning as I go with this

Fired right up when I filled the oil all the way up. The oil has to be totally topped off for initial start up.

I bought this a couple of months in case of a power outage. The setup was easy and it performs just like it should. Had my first power outage and kept all my fridges and freezers running so I didn't lose any food.

Great Features!

I am a woman, so I wanted a generator that would be easy to use and maintain. The wheels are easy to assemble and not too heavy to roll. Directions are on the generator if you forget a step. Not too loud. Alot of paperwork to read. An easy start guide should be included. Thank you.
