Peace of Mind and Flexibility

We recently purchased a Westinghouse 5300 and it performed perfectly during power outages here in So. Cal. But, we needed more coverage to complete our disaster preparedness plan so we bought a second 5300 generator to really give our family the protection and peace of mind. This one's Dual Fuel - so Propane and Gas and that for sure gives us additional options. Feature packed and simple to use - great small generators.

Snow storm

We originally bought this because we were expecting a hurricane but it shifted so we were very blessed, we ended up getting several inches of snow (in Texas) and our family members electricity went out so we put the generator together and ran it over to their house along with a heater and extension cord, we filled it with gas and it started up easily, it done a wonderful job and kept them warm all night. And it wasn’t extremely loud either. If you are thinking about buying one do no hesitate.

Everything I always wanted!

It was so easy to put together and such a nice compact package that is easy to store anywhere. The extras that came with it(propane hose, oil, funnel and tool package) was icing on the cake! I couldn't be happier with my choice.
