Ran once and now will not start

Just as the title stated. It ran once and then would not start. Mechanic said the rings are shot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great first time, Helene, with no issues and ran for 6 hours on propane, still had some propane left when power came back on. Went to start up in the aftermath of Milton and nothing. Called support and said it sounds like battery. Went to place to charge battery since no power and after light turned green brought it back and tried starting up, nothing... Went to check battery and dead again after only being unplugged for 10 minutes tops.

I bought this generator to power the basics in my home in case of a power outage. It started right up during my test, and is the perfect size for my needs. I would recommend this generator.

We bought this during Hurricane Helene. Super easy to put together, fill with oil and gas and Boom you have power. It's large enough to power our RV also.

Hurricane Game Changer!

Purchased after Hurricane Helene to help us run appliances and some fans for power outages. Hurricane Milton arrived, I am so happy I had made the purchase. It completely saved our food, allowed us to get some rest with some cool air, and also was used to shop vac some water that we had in our laundry room.

Great Generator

I bought this generator the end of September 2024 due to a storm outage from Hurricane Helene. Great generator powered the majority of everything in my home until power was restored. Highly recommended!
