Works as expected

I bought this generator before a hurricane and used it for about 10 hours while our power was out. Easy to setup and start. Only ran refrigerator, television and a few lights so I can’t really comment on how it works under heavy load. Used about 3/4 of a 20lb lp gas tank

Good for beginniners

We purchased this generator to power our refrigerator and some small fans during hurricane season or inclement weather. Although we have not needed to actually use the generator yet, it was easy to set up, the instructions are easy to understand, and the size is small which is good for storage in our garage. The generator can be used with either fuel or propane which makes this ideal for people living in areas that are affected by weather based supply shortages.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Used new after Milton Hurrican, got it a while ago and just opened the box, it took me 5 minutes to set up and worked lovely, absolutely better than Caterpillar generator that I had before and a more affordable price.
Super happy with it.

Emergency Power During Hurricane Milton

The unit was very easy to set up with the instructions provided. I used the propane option, which worked well and seemed fuel-efficient. The unit ran for about 5 hours and did not use the entire tank.

I bought this product right after Hurricane Helene hit SC. Had lost power for days. Generator was easy to get operational and supplying power to needed appliances. Very happy with purchase

Great unit, with a couple of setup issues

Purchases dual fuel unit to replace an older generator. When putting the unit together, the wheels went on very easily. The two feet however had issues with the bolt that was welded onto the frame being misaligned with the holes on the feet. I wound up using a smaller bolt that would fit through without threading on one of the bolts. The second issue I came across was starting the unit for the first time using propane. I followed the detailed setup information but The unit would not start and the data center display would not illuminate. Hey call to support resolved botilluminateery quickly. The unit runs very well and will power virtually my entire house and appliances.
