Difficulties with Fuel Source and starting

We have had this unit 2 years. It has been used maybe 10 times. After the first time using the unit it would no longer work with Propane. We have used it with gas, however, ee got it out to prepare for a hurricane and it starts, but will not continue to run.

Very easy to use !

I bought this item during a tax break month for in case of power outages .Had to use it this month September 2024 for a power outage. Generator ran and worked great ! Used it for 4 hrs. It did not miss a beat . My neighbor wants one now .

I just bought this for a potential hurricane coming our way. Brought it home and was able to get it put together and cranked over in less than 20 minutes. Start it up perfectly runs very smooth and so far we are very happy with it. If and when we need it, I will come back and add to this review.

Easy to use, great documentation

I purchased the WGen5300DFcv portable generator in preparation for storms along the Florida gulf coast. Setting up the wheels and handle was very easy although the generator is quite heavy. Box included everything needed to get up and running including motor oil and fill funnel. Tested the new generator using propane and it started right up and worked as expected. Documentation packet includes everything you could possibly want to know about the product which seems rare these days.
