I’ve only set up the generator, so I can’t speak to how well it works. But in the initial set-up I am impressed with the quality of the generator and the documentation/instructions.

Nice Generator

Purchased the Westinghouse WGen5300DFcv generator in July 2024 to be prepared for the next storm that hits Texas. This generator was easy to assemble and looks amazing. Got it up and running - pretty lightweight and purrs like a well-oiled machine. Settled on this one after quite a bit of research. Chose it because of dual fuel capability, running watts, selection of voltage output, and other features including the CO Sensor monitors. This machine should run the necessary appliances during the next power outages. Great features and a great price, too!

Great Quality, Great Engineering

I'm so impressed with the quality of this generator, the keen engineering that has gone into it, and the well-written user manual. Owning this generator and having it ready upon power failure now allows me to relax when the next hurricane bears down on our Houston, TX home. I am now able to indefinitely power 2 refrigerator/freezers plus a portable A/C unit, with plenty of capacity remaining for other electricals.
