Just bought this generator a few days ago before Hurricane Beryl hit Houston. Fortunately we did not lose power. We had the generator ready to go. Instructions were easy to follow. Generator is heavy duty and well built. Highly recommend for purchase!!

The Calm of The Storm

As a resident of Texas, experiencing storms is nothing new to us, but it wasn't until I had my own family that I learned how much work goes into preparing your home and keeping your family safe. Our dual fuel WGEN5300DFcv portable generator has been the saving grace of Hurricane Beryl. Luckily, my husband thought to purchase the generator before the storm hit the coast. Easy to assemble, instructions are clear and concise. When connecting the propane, it presented starting challenges, but when switching to gas, we had no issues with very easy start.

Bought yesterday, seems very NICE so far, running small window unit 5000btu w 120volt/20amps power. Little finicky to crank , backfires occasionally, but overall very pleased. We’re in Houston w no power and trying to stay alive after hurricane in July 2024 hurricane Beryl
