Have not used it yet. Now that I have it the power probably won't go out again. This was purchased after an extended power outage but the power had come back on. You can use gas or propane, which is nice. It seems simple to use. Unfortunately though, the pull cord is not easy for a small female or small teen (with adult supervision) to get started. If I ever use it I'll re review. I'd still recommend it at this point though.

The generator size was just what I was looking for. Set up was a breeze. It has the capability of connecting to our existing outside condo plug with a conversion plug that takes our 50 amp to the generator's 30 amp. making a quick on or off of the inhouse breaker to individual rooms, appliances etc. No need to run cords.

So far I have no regrets. It has done what I needed. It would be nice to be able to lock the handle into up or down position

Easy to use!

I bought this a month ago and so happy I did. I live in Houston Texas and I need to be prepared if it's easy for me and my son to start it up to make sure that it would fire up and it has A drain to empty excess gas and it works on the propane too. It started up really nice and I like the wheels. It's just peace of mind Knowing that I can put my refrigerator, a fan, television or my phones or whatever!
